Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel has a superb riverside location, but the rooms feel like a mix of Ikea furniture and college dorm style. The service was outstanding, especially from the valet staff, despite not having much to do at the hotel. The dining options were lacking, particularly in the breakfast selections. The tight layout and dated decor were noticeable drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms had a modern design and overlooked the Riverwalk, making it a must-see spot during sunset. However, they resembled a standard college dorm room with limited seating. The service was exceptional, with friendly and accommodating staff, but some group members faced double charges. The location was great for city activities but lacked some necessary amenities. The dining experience was average with a simple menu. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The prime location near the river walk and downtown restaurants was fantastic, but the rooms were somewhat disappointing with dated decor and a cramped feel. The service was friendly and accommodating, making up for some shortcomings. The dining options left something to be desired, but the facilities were enjoyable.
The hotel had some issues with the rooms, such as a shower leak and a view of a building. The lack of ice due to a clogged machine and the absence of vending machines were inconvenience. The service was friendly but hindered by being understaffed. The location was excellent, right by Tampa Riverwalk, providing quick access to downtown attractions. Overall, a mixed stay with ups and downs.
